Did you hear?
The Wizard of Oz will be playing one night in movie theaters this Wednesday, September 23rd. It is in celebration of the movie's 70th anniversary and the remastered DVD release.
I can't wait to see all the colors and the joy and the horror unfold on the big screen.
Good thing we broke the kids in a couple of years back. They are witch-ready.
How about you, my pretties?

I love that movie. I am off to make my palns right now. Thanks for the notice.
Rats! That's open house at school. Are you a good witch, or a bad witch? I don't melt :-)!
Becky -- I am both and proudly so. Eh-Eh-Eh
One of my favorite movies, Renee, it and Peter Pan was on every year I grew up around Easter time.
Me, too, Sue. I always related The Wizard of Oz with that time of year. It was really something special to see it on the big screen, though . . . who new there were cranes, toucans, and emus in the tinman scene??? Amazing.
