Oh, this takes me back. When we moved to the U.S from Sweden, we lived in Silver Spring, MD, a northwest suburb of Washington, D.C. Spring time was a favorite, watching the cherry and magnolia trees blossom and going downtown to see the trees around the monuments. Thanks for sharing this beautiful shot and jogging my memory.

My feelings are just fine! I used to be thin skinned, and cared about every little thing anyone said. The army taught me how to be Army Strong. LOL Cherry trees in DC are very pretty.
